The DC Water Headquarters building is being completed as a design-build project by Skanska and SmithGroupJRR. Samaha provided comprehensive interior design and a FF&E package for this Class A office space. Our tasks included:

Schematic Design
Phone/Data Coordination
Design Development
Furniture Contract Documentation
Modular Partition Contract Documentation
Signage, Artwork, Displays, Plants Contract Documentation
Quotation and Pricing Review
FF&E Coordination and Quality Control
Review of final interior documents for conformance with design intent
(Limited) Construction Administration
