Focused on the K-12 market, James strengthens our owner’s perspective allowing Samaha to expand our offerings beyond typical architectural design services. Prior to joining Samaha, James served Montgomery County Public Schools as a project manager/facility designer for 13 years, as director of the Division of Design and Construction for 7 years, and as the director of the Department of Facilities Management (DFM) for the past 10 years. As needs arise beyond the standard project scope, James can offer his years of experience to assist our clients in sensitive planning, funding, political and community issues.
