Congressional School Corridor Improvements

The existing corridors were all too common worn out sea of beige. We capitalized on the opportunity to take this transitional space and create a colorful and dynamic environment. We used school colors to promote a sense of belonging to a specific place and incorporated ADA compliant room signage. The design included a large word graphic with positive student attributes. The final transformation was well received and received an award from Patcraft, a carpeting manufacturer, for the project’s success and named the Congressional School a 2018 School of the future.
