The Congressional School media center was transformed from a traditional library with fixed bookshelves to a 21st century learning center with flexible furnishings and collaborative areas. New carpeting and soft paint colors promote focused work. The stackable flip-top tables on castors and stacking chairs provide maximum flexibility, so that the space can be used as a classroom, training room or for school functions. Custom curved seating at the bay window creates a cozy reading nook, while lounge seating and work tables provide a number of private & group study options.
