Removing the wall dividing this spec suite in half, eliminated the small and restrictive feel of the space. The corner office was opened up with a glass demountable wall, creating an open inviting conference room. The low ceiling grid was removed throughout to provide an open modern office space brightened with new linear LED lights. The existing half wall transformed into a bar with a waterfall edge countertop and a decorative branch patterned 3form panel mounted below. A soffit with integrated linear light fixture was dropped around the bar, defining the space and creating a dynamic focal point.
