The new Fleet facility includes 18 work bay with associated garage doors offering pull-through capability.

 

The front of the facility consists of a two-story building facing Walker Mill Road. The first floor contains a vehicle parts storage area as well as locker rooms and other support spaces. The second floor features offices and training space for DC Water employees.
