The design for the Long Term Control Plan Offices locates employees and consultants in DC Water’s Central Maintenance Facility, making functional use of the soon-to-be-vacated second-floor warehouse space by converting this underutilized area into a collaborative office environment with bright natural lighting. Samaha’s comprehensive scope comprised programming, surveying, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
