MRP Realty approached our design team with the challenge of modernizing this 1,700 SF two story lobby space in Alexandria, VA. Originally designed & built in the 1990’s, the lobby included emerald green colored marble, brass finishes & a traditional art deco balcony railing. Our design team transformed this lobby by utilizing linear lighting, decorative glass panels & stainless at the elevators to create a clean modern space. The emerald green marble floor was replaced with a warm light marble tile throughout. These updates have created a more inviting and elegant space, which visually links the street facade to the courtyard beyond.
