his 10,600 SF facility accommodates both retail space and warehouse operation. As the project consists of a retail store by a busy highway, the design sought to create a powerful first impression. Combining detailed cornices, arch entrances with large glazing, stone façade, and decorative signage, the facility makes a proud statement. The loading area is hidden at the back for functional and aesthetic purposes.
