This fitness center restroom renovation was completed for the Reston Crossing Property for Tishman Speyer. Because it is located on the lowest level of a six-story office complex, the low ceilings and light levels were replaced with flush linear LED lights. Behind the sinks illuminated mirrors were also added, to brighten the dimly lit restrooms. The space was clad in a large format wall tile with a linear painted effect and octagonal accent wall tile. Updates to this space also included: painting the existing lockers, replacing the toilet partitions, new counter tops, new stainless sinks, faucets, robe hooks & a solid surface clad towel nook in order to modernize the fitness center and bring it on par with the newly renovated building lobbies.
