Cityline Partners LLC selected Samaha to design the Scotts Run Fire Station #44 in Fairfax County. The new three-bay fire station was provided as a proffered development condition to meet fire and rescue’s needs for emergency services within the growing development. The design accommodates the challenging site while presenting a clean modern aesthetic befitting its urban context. Beyond the fire station programmed spaces, the new facility includes restrooms managed by the Fairfax County Park Authority to serve the future adjacent athletic fields.
