As a senior Project Manager, Randy works directly with clients to establish and maintain programmatic goals, budget, and schedule. He is responsible for the planning, technical quality, and timely completion of each project for which he is assigned. Randy provides leadership for the day-to-day activities of staff and serves as a mentor to young professionals. On projects where he is not assigned, he may serve as a separate quality control manager where he will review documents to ensure client comments are resolved, documents are complete, coordinated and easily constructible. Randy earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
